These Terms govern the relationship between TheNextSEO GmbH (provider, HRB 178234, USt-IdNr. DE345678912, Schopenhauer Strasse 18, 20144 Hamburg) and the client.
The provider offers SEO services delivered digitally: Technical SEO Audit, Local SEO, E-Commerce SEO, Link Building, SEO Content Strategy, Keyword Research.
Orders placed via the package builder and paid via Stripe. Full payment required before work begins. Prices in EUR excluding German MwSt. (19%).
EU businesses with a valid VAT number may apply the reverse charge procedure under EU Directive 2006/112/EC.
An onboarding document is sent within one business day of payment. Work begins when the completed document is returned. Timelines start from that date.
Revision rounds included per service as specified on each service page. A revision addresses accuracy to the brief. A scope change is a new project.
Upon full payment and delivery, all deliverable IP transfers to the client. The provider retains no right to repurpose delivered work.
The provider liability is limited to the project fee paid. No liability for indirect or consequential losses.
German law governs these Terms. Exclusive jurisdiction: courts of Hamburg, Germany.
